There are several ways to get affordable food for your family.
- The Silverton Grocery Store, Farmer's Market and Triangle Motel and Gas Station all accept SNAP/EBT. Need to sign up? Apply online or with paper applications located on the table outside the Social Services office in the Courthouse. - The Silverton Library and St. Patrick's Catholic Church hosts food pantries. Click here for more information.
- The Mobile Market comes to Silverton once a month in the summer. Free food available to all. Check the calendar for the dates.

San Juan County residents can also apply for emergency financial assistance through the Community Emergency Assistance Coalition (CEAC). Appointments are required. Please call 970-259-1086 Mon-Thurs between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to set up an appointment. For more information, visit the CEAC website.
