Effective August 31, 2025 Silverton Clinic will no longer be seeing patients. Former patients may request an authorization form to transfer medical records between now and October 2025. Patients can transfer care to Dr. David Brown of High Country Remote Care who is currently seeing patients in Silverton at the Miner's Hospital. Dr. Brown accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and self-pay. Contact his office at 970-329-2810 to more information. Alternatively, patients can get care in the surrounding region.
