San Juan County Public Health Service has Flu, COVID, RSV, Shingles, Tdap and other vaccines to administer by appointment only for free or with insurance, Monday-Friday.

Call 970-387-0242 or email info@sjcph.org. San Juan County Public Health also offers many of the routine and travel vaccinations you need to stay healthy.

We accept many different insurance plans. Please contact us to check if we accept your insurance.

If you need vaccines or well-child visits for children, please contact Dr. Yvonne Naughton, Silverton School Healthcare Provider for more information.

Walk-in Vaccine Clinics are typically held Mondays and Wednesdays, 930AM-12PM. Check back for details and we can accommodate a different time as needed.

San Juan County Public Health is a proud participant in the Vaccines For Children (VFC) program. VFC is a federally-funded program that provides vaccines at no cost to children who might not otherwise be vaccinated because of inability to pay. Call us to see if your child qualifies for the VFC program.
