San Juan County Public Health Service has Flu, COVID, RSV, Shingles, Tdap and other vaccines to administer for free or with insurance, Monday-Friday by appointment only, call 970-387-0242 or email info@sjcph.org. San Juan County Public Health can also provide you with many of the routine and travel vaccinations you need to stay healthy.

Vaccine Clinics (walk-in) are typically held Thursdays, 9-1 p.m. in November except for Thanksgiving. Check back for revised details and we can accommodate a different time as needed and evenings and weekend appointments are available upon request.
San Juan County Public Health is a proud participant in the Vaccines For Children (VFC) program. VFC is a federally-funded program that provides vaccines at no cost to children who might not otherwise be vaccinated because of inability to pay. Call us to see if your child qualifies for the VFC program.
