San Juan County Public Health Service has plenty of Flu, COVID, RSV, Shingles, Tdap and other vaccines to administer for free or with insurance, Monday-Friday by appointment only, call 970-387-0242 or email info@sjcph.org. San Juan County Public Health can also provide you with many of the routine and travel vaccinations you need to stay healthy.

We accept many different insurance plans, To see if your private insurance provider is on our list, click here.

Vaccine Clinics (walk-in) are held every Thursday, 9-1 p.m. in November except for Thanksgiving. We can accommodate a different time as needed and evenings and weekend appointments are available upon request.

San Juan County Public Health is a proud participant in the Vaccines For Children (VFC) program. VFC is a federally-funded program that provides vaccines at no cost to children who might not otherwise be vaccinated because of inability to pay. Call us to see if your child qualifies for the VFC program.
