San Juan County Public Health is a small, rural public health service that strives to improve the health of San Juan County residents. We only have two full-time staff and we are dedicated to helping you find what you need to be your best!
Our office is open:
- Monday-Thursday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Fridays 9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
